- Will you provide delivery? - Sparrow Lane provides delivery and pickup, you will just need to meet our minimum for your location.
- Does servingware need to be cleaned prior to returning after the event? - No, servingware does not need to be thoroughly cleaned, we just ask that they are wiped largely free of food.
- What happens if there is minor damage to an item? - Sparrow Lane collects a 5% damage waiver to cover this type of minor wear and tear, this is covered as long as the damage does not exceed the amount collected.
- Are all taxes and service fees quoted up front? - Yes, you will find details such as taxes and service fees included in the quote. However other service fees or charges may be assesed in unforseen circumstances.
- How long is the rental period? - For one day events we charge a flat rate, typically delivery occurs 1-2 days prior and is picked up 1-2 days following. We are able work around your rental needs, it's best to let us know your venue's requirements as soon as possible.
- How many settings should I order for my wedding guest count? - You'll always want to allow for extras on top of your current guest count (make sure you include vendors and yourselves as the wedding couple). We can help you estimate numbers for your party if you have questions.
- Can you assist couples with budgeting when planning their wedding? - We're happy to help couples find tabletop pieces that work within their budget and create a plan that you are comfortable with.
- Do you offer tables, chair, tent packages? - Unfortunately we do not offer tents, or any of these furniture pieces, however we're happy to give you a referal!
