Commander's Mansion Monochromatic Wedding
Venue | Commander's Mansion - Watertown, MA
Boston Weddings
This monochromatic wedding at Commander's Mansion wove ivory and greenery throughout the event creating an elegant backdrop for the couple to take center stage.
The gorgeous grounds were a lovely backdrop for the couple's ceremony and reception. A formal garden at the side of the mansion creates a romantic and intimate spot for a wedding. Meticulously maintained, there are beautiful flowering shrubs and other plants with shrubbery.
The tablescapes of this monochromatic wedding was a stylish choice for the couple's natural aesthetic. Florals were shades of beautiful creams and ivory. While the gold place settings and hemstitch linen created an heirloom feel with lovely golden tones. This included hemstitch ivory linen, gold framed table numbers, forged gold flatware, and gold rimmed chargers.
The bride enjoys portraits with family on the Commander's Mansion grounds. The monochromatic feel of the attire truly made for some gorgeous photography. We could not resist this shot that was captured of mom and dad sitting on the curb waiting for the ceremony to begin.
Here you get a great feel for how serene the stately grounds are. The large oak trees and formal garden with brick walkways make this space a lovely setting for an outdoor wedding. The tented space takes on a sureal feel with the monochromatic decorations and serene tented grounds.
Bride and groom sharing a moment inside the mansion. The bride's monochromatic bouquet with anemones and natural foliage create a beautiful portrait. Such a fun couple! They so enjoyed their reception, celebrating with friends and family!
The best man speech was enjoyed by all.
An ice cream truck at the end of the night was a big hit among the guests.
Ending the evening with this romantic shot outside of the mansion. Commander's Mansion is truly a stunning venue.
We so enjoyed this couple’s monochromatic style that incorporated a lovely backdrop to their very special big day.
