HOW MANY GUESTS CAN COMMANDER'S MANSION ACCOMODATE?
Commander's Mansion can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated event or up to 300 guests for a standing reception. The interior will fit 50 guests for cocktail hour with a dinner reception and dancing.

For a 9 hour rental period Commander's Mansion recommends 3 hours of vendor set up, 5 hours for the wedding, and hour 1 hour for breaking down. You will have exclusive use of the mansion and property. Use of indoor tables and chairs. During peak season you will also have use of their 40' x 80' reception tent, along with a 15' x 45' catering tent.

ARE THERE ANY DECOR RESTRICTIONS?
The wedding venue does not allow confetti or glitter inside the mansion.
Open flames are generally not allowed inside the mansion. However they may be permitted outside with prior approval. If you're looking for battery candles, pillars and tapers rent them from Sparrow Lane.

When getting ready for your wedding there is a bridal suite available. There are also additional dressing rooms and preperation areas available for other members of the wedding party.

There is a parking lot at the venue with limited space. Street parking is also available on nearby roads. For an additional fee, the venue will provide valet parking for your wedding guests.

Yes, Commander's Mansion will help you to planning, from selecting the menu that works well for your day to coordinating décor and floral arrangements.

what is the policy on serving alcohol, are there any restrictions?
Alcohol must be provided by a licensed caterer or bartender who is approved by Commander's Mansion.
