For one day, short term events we charge a flat rate for the rental period, with delivery 1-2 days prior to the event and pickup 1-2 days following the event. We are able to work around your event needs, so just let us know in advance what the requirements are for your wedding venue.

Yes, we have a standard event rental minimum of $250 to qualify for delivery. If your order is below the minimum, we do offer pickup and dropoff on Mondays 10 am - 1 pm and Thursdays 10 am - 1 pm.

Whether your venue requires late-night pickup or has a 30-minute loading window, we coordinate directly with your site manager to ensure a seamless transition.

We know that "life happens". To protect our clients, Sparrow Lane collects an Incidental Damage and Loss fee of 6.5%. This covers minor breakage or typical wear and tear that can occur during a reception. For any significant damage or missing items beyond the waiver's scope, we will provide a transparent replacement cost following the event, typically approximately 5 times the rental price.

No significant cleaning is required on your part. We just ask that dinnerware is wiped largely free of food and that glassware is emptied and returned upside down. All rentals should be returned to the rovided crates. We handle the deep cleaning and sanitization at our commercial dishroom.
