How far in advance should I book my tabletop rentals?
For peak wedding season in Massachusetts (May through October), we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance. To ensure availability of our most popular styles know that September is our busiest month and give yourself an additional 1-2 months.
Can I rent colored glassware or specialty styles in Boston?
Absolutely. Sparrow Lane offers a variety of specialty and colored glassware, including blue, pink, and etched glass designs. These are perfect for adding a "pop" of color to your tablescape and matching your wedding's color palette.
Do I need to wash the glassware before returning it?
No, you do not need to wash the glassware. To make your post-event cleanup easier, we only ask that you return glasses emptied and placed upside down back in the appropriate racks. Our team handles the professional sanitization and cleaning for the rentals.
What happens if a glass is broken at an event?
We want you to enjoy your event without stress. A modest 6.5% Incidental Loss and Damage Fee is applied to all orders, which covers the cost of typical wear and tear. And we understand that some broken glasses just happen. As long as the damage is within the scope of the fee no additional charges apply.
How do your delivery services work for Boston events?
Sparrow Lane provides professional, reliable delivery and pickup throughout the Greater Boston area. For standard events, we typically drop off 1–2 days prior to your date and pick up 1–2 days after. Our delivery fees are customized based on mileage, venue logistics, and your event timeframe.
