- Will you deliver and pickup the party rentals? - Sparrow Lane provides delivery and pickup for your event as long as you meet the location minimum.
- What happens if there is minor damage to the party equipment? - Sparrow Lane collects a 5% damage waiver to cover typical wear and tear at an event. As long as the damage does not exceed the amount collected for the damage waiver this will be covered.
- How long can I have the pieces for? - We charge a flat rate, with delivery 1-2 days prior and pickup 1-2 days after. We are able work around your needs if your celebration is multiple days, just let us know in advance what the requirements are for your wedding venue (additional charges may apply).
- What is the right number of servingware pieces to set for the amount of guests I have? - You'll want to have extras on top of your numbers in case of breakage or need for replacement. For help with this number call Sparrow Lane.
- What if I have a specific budget? - We can certainly create a quote around your budget and work with your vision.
- Does Sparrow Lane rent furniture? - Although we do not rent furniture at this time we are always happy to give you a referral for bars, chairs, tables and anything else you need!
