- What are your most popular event products? - Currently our gold flatware and etched glassware are very popular for party rentals. Our hemstitch linen napkins and runners are another faviorite as we will fold the napkins in advance of the event.
- Will there be enough time to repurpose pieces during my event? - Yes, if there's decor pieces such as lanterns that you want to use for lighting at the ceremony, certainly work with your event coordinator or wedding planner to have the rentals incorporated into your wedding reception as well.
- Will you deliver and pickup the rentals? - Sparrow Lane provides delivery and pickup for rentals as long as you meet our event rental minimum.
- Does servingware rentals need to be cleaned prior to returning? - No, we just ask that they are wiped largely free of food.
- What happens if there is minor damage to an item? - Sparrow Lane collects a 5% damage waiver to cover these smaller accidents that do not exceed the amount collected for the damage waiver.
- Are all taxes and service fees quoted up front? - Yes, all taxes and applicable service fees are included on the quote. However other service fees may be assesed if for unforseen circumstances.
- How long is the event rental period? - For one day events we charge a flat rate for the rental period, with delivery 1-2 days prior to the event and pickup 1-2 days following the event. We are able work around your event needs, so just let us know in advance what the requirements are for your wedding venue.
- What is the right number of servingware pieces for your wedding guest count? - You'll always want to allow for extras on top of your numbers (don't forget to include vendors and the wedding couple in the guest count). Sparrow Lane can help you estimate numbers on a case by case basis for your party.
- What happens if a rental item is unavailable for your wedding date unexpectedly? - We specifically avoid overbooking to make sure this situation does not happen. However, if something unexpected was to occur, we would work with the clients to help find the most suitable replacement possible. Including working with other outside party rental vendors.
- Do you help couples with budgeting for rentals when planning their wedding? - We love helping couples finding the right match for their rental items and what will work within their finances. Our rentals cater to different price points, allowing for couples to work within their budget (music to your ears, right?)
- Do you offer sailcloth tents, table, dance floors, or chair? - Unfortunately we do not offer any tents or furniture pieces, however we're happy to give you a business referal!
