How does delivery to Boston work for your event rentals?
For short-term event rentals in Boston, we offer a straightforward flat-rate fee for the duration of your rental. Our standard schedule includes delivery 1–2 days prior to your celebration and pickup 1–2 days following, giving you ample time for setup. We are experts in the unique requirements of Boston venues—from the narrow streets of the South End to the modern loading docks of the Seaport District and Downtown.
For those venues that require a tighter timeframe such as the State Room and Boston Public Library, we're happy to be in touch with venue's event manager to work out the details. This will ensure all rentals are delivered and removed according to their schedule.
Is there a rental minimum for orders in Boston?
We do have a $250 rental minimum to deliver in Boston. However, if you do have a smaller order that you'd like to place we allow pickup at our warehouse in Concord, MA. We allow pickup and drop off on Thursdays 10 am - 1 pm and Mondays 10 am - 1 pm.
